Regional Restrictions

All memberships are annual. There is no monthly option.
Renewals
Memberships do not auto-renew. You will receive a renewal reminder before your expiration date.
Upgrades
You may upgrade from Premium to Premium+ at any time. The remaining value of your current tier is converted to Pecunia at the rate of 100 Pecunia per dollar, applicable toward future purchases on this site.
Downgrades
Downgrades (Premium+ → Premium) are available during the final 30 days of your membership period. The remaining value of the upgrade portion is converted to Pecunia at the rate of 100 Pecunia per dollar.
Cancellations
Memberships run for their full term and cannot be cancelled early. Access ends automatically at expiration.
Content Access
All content access (streaming, downloads, games, AI companion, VR; excluding demos and previews) is contingent on an active membership. Downloaded files remain accessible only while your membership is active. If your membership expires, download links will no longer function.
Account Deletion
Accounts are not deleted automatically. To request account deletion, contact us at support@pornfable.com. Upon deletion, your account, membership data, and Pecunia balance will be permanently removed.
Invoice
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Cryptocurrency Payments
All payments are made in Bitcoin or supported cryptocurrencies via our self-hosted BTCPay Server.
- Orders are confirmed upon network settlement of the transaction. No order is considered complete until the payment is confirmed on-chain.
- You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. Transactions sent to an incorrect address, in an incorrect amount, or on an incorrect network are non-recoverable and non-refundable.
- Network (mining) fees are the responsibility of the sender.
- Prices are denominated in USD and converted to BTC at the rate provided at checkout. Price volatility between checkout and payment does not affect the order.
- We do not hold, custody, or process fiat currency. No fiat refunds are possible.
Refunds
No Cash or Cryptocurrency Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds in Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, or any other form of cash equivalent.
Pecunia (Store Credit) on Level Changes
Upon an upgrade or eligible downgrade, the remaining value of your prior tier (rounded down) is converted to Pecunia at the rate of 100 Pecunia per dollar.
Physical Goods
Physical goods (DVDs, merchandise, adult products) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the intimate nature of the products, except in cases of:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item shipped
In these cases, contact us at support@pornfable.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will issue a replacement or a full Pecunia credit (at your choice). No cash or cryptocurrency refunds will be issued.
Service Interruptions
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a service interruption of our causing prevents access to your membership content for more than 48 consecutive hours, contact us at support@pornfable.com within 30 days of the interruption. We will extend your membership by the duration of the interruption or issue a Pecunia credit, at our discretion.
Pecunia (Store Credit)
Pecunia is the Site’s internal store credit. It is not a financial instrument, not a gift card, and not redeemable for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form of monetary value.
Earning Pecunia:
- Buying Pecunia directly via our store interface (100 Pecunia per dollar spent)
- Prorated credit on eligible membership upgrades and downgrades (100 Pecunia per dollar of remaining tier value)
Spending Pecunia
Applied toward any purchase at checkout at a rate of 100 Pecunia per dollar
Limitations:
- Not transferable between accounts
- Not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency
- Forfeited upon account deletion
- Not subject to the same refund policy as purchases made with cryptocurrency
- Membership discounts are not applied to the direct purchase of Pecunia

Shipping
What We Ship
Physical products include in-house authored DVDs, adult products, and merchandise. Digital products (streaming, downloads, games) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Payment
All physical orders are paid in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency via our self-hosted BTCPay Server. No card, PayPal, or other fiat payment methods are accepted.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to carrier issues, customs holds, or address problems are not grounds for a refund.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, contact us at support@pornfable.com.
Customs & Duties
For international orders (Canada & Mexico), the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, or is confirmed lost/stolen by the carrier, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and issue a replacement or Pecunia credit at our discretion.
Address Errors
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees at the carrier’s discretion.
Account Creation
You must create an account to access certain features of the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Content Rights
All content on the Site, including videos, images, games, and text, is owned by Porn Fable or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Downloaded files are licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use only. Your license to retain and use downloaded files terminates upon expiration or cancellation of your membership. You may not re-upload, redistribute, publicly share, or screen-record any downloaded files.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, submit a notice via our DMCA Policy. For other abuse reports, contact support@pornfable.com.
Communication
All communication regarding your account, membership, or any inquiries should be conducted via email. We will send important notices and updates regarding your membership and the Site to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that this email address is accurate and monitored.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any harmful activity.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site.
Limitation of Liability
