This site is an adult content platform. All users must be 18 or older. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate your account, process payments, and deliver content. Orders: Order ID, purchased items, order total, and the BTC transaction ID from your BTCPay payment. For physical goods only: shipping name, address, and country.
Pecunia (store credit): Balance and transaction history (earnings, redemptions, proration credits).
Geolocation: Your IP address is resolved to a country/state-level location to enforce regional content restrictions. This is stored as a cookie on your device and is not used for advertising or profiling.
Server logs: IP address, browser user agent, and page requests. Retained for a limited period for security monitoring.
What We Do NOT Collect
- Credit card or bank account information (payments are Bitcoin/crypto only via our self-hosted BTCPay Server)
- Data from third-party trackers, pixels, or ad networks
- Email marketing data (we do not send marketing emails)
- Social media identifiers
- Device fingerprints
- Location data beyond country/state (no GPS, no HTML5 geolocation)
- Biometric data

That’s the complete list. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta, Stripe, PayPal, Mailchimp, or any other third-party data service.
Data Retention & Deletion
- Account deletion: Request via support@pornfable.com. We delete your account, membership data, Pecunia balance, and associated logs within a reasonable timeframe.
- Order records: Are retained to process orders made on this site and for tax purposes.
- Server logs: Purged after 30 days.
- Pecunia transaction log: Deleted with your account.
Data Security
While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, no system is completely secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data Breach Notification
In the event we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable laws.
