But yes, we will except cash if it gets to us. Just remember that anything you send through the mail is at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or intercepted mail. But if you do decide to send cash, send exactly what is on the invoice, but do not send coins, instead round down to the nearest whole dollar, and don’t forget to include your associated account information and invoice ID.

Cryptocurrency prices fluctuate frequently. When you click “Submit and Checkout,” BTCPay Server generates an invoice with a fixed exchange rate locked in for 30 minutes. This means the exact amount of Bitcoin you owe is guaranteed during that time, regardless of market fluctuations. The invoice page displays this locked amount — this is your proof of pricing at the time of checkout. If payment isn’t completed before the timer expires, the invoice becomes invalid and you’ll need to restart the process at the then current rate.

You must complete your payment within 30 minuets of placing your order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will need to place a new order at the then-current price.

If you pay less than required, BTCPay Server marks the invoice as partially paid and will not activate your account unless full payment is received within the payment window. If you pay more, the invoice is still considered paid — overpayments are not refunded. Always send the exact amount shown on the invoice. Sending to the wrong address (not the one displayed) means your payment cannot be credited, and funds may be lost permanently. We cannot recover payments sent to incorrect addresses.

Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your membership is activated automatically and you’ll receive an email confirmation from us. This email serves as your receipt and you will have immediate access to all premium content.
